Directors/Executives
Srinivas Kumar, Chief Brand Officer, Baskin-Robbins Worldwide
Srinivas was appointed Chief Brand Officer for Baskin-Robbins Worldwide in January 2008. Srinivas is focused on growing the Strategic Markets of both the U.S. and China, while maintaining and increasing Baskin-Robbins’ leadership position in the Core Markets of Japan, Korea, Puerto Rico and the Middle East.

Formerly Vice President of International (Americas, Canada, Middle East & Europe) for Dunkin’ Brands, Srinivas is a nine year veteran of Dunkin’ Brands, with significant experience in Licensee Development for Baskin-Robbins in the Middle East.

Srinivas's favorite flavor is World Class® Chocolate.
Ken Kimmel, Baskin-Robbins Brand Officer
Ken Kimmel was appointed Concept Officer for Baskin-Robbins, a division of Dunkin' Brands, Inc. (DBI), in June 2003. His responsibilities include overseeing all marketing, advertising, franchise services, and concept initiatives for Baskin-Robbins. Ken's career has involved all aspects of integrated marketing including operations, organizational design, and seven years advertising agency experience.

Ken's favorite flavor is Pralines 'n Cream.
James Franks, Director of Franchising
For nearly two decades, James Franks has been a franchising industry pioneer. He began his career at one of the largest service, franchise holding companies in the U.S. Franks was quickly recognized and rewarded for his outstanding ability to secure qualified franchisees and moved through the ranks to ultimately lead two brands as Director of Franchising and Corporate Trainer/Coach.

With his next move, to a small, regional, hair care franchisor, Franks was able to take a "mom-and-pop" operation from 120 units to over 220 units in less than four years, allowing the founders to retire.

Due to his experience, Franks was sought after by the top-tier brands in the franchise business. Franks expanded his unique, fun brand of training to include coaching "master" franchisees and franchise managers, conducting local seminars throughout the country and implementing cutting edge technologies to automate the franchise selection process. Franks has used his business acumen to apply franchise development techniques globally for regions including England, South Africa, and Canada.

Jon Luther, Chief Executive Officer Dunkin' Brands
Jon Luther was named chief executive officer of Dunkin' Brands, Inc. in January 2003 and Chairman in March 2006. A veteran of the food-service industry, Jon Luther is a proven leader at creative brand development and satisfying consumers who seek quality, convenience, and value in a quick service restaurant setting.

Jon's favorite flavor is Pralines 'n Cream.

Will Kussell, President & Chief Brand Officer, Dunkin’ Donuts Worldwide
Will was appointed president & chief brand officer in January 2008. In his role, he has complete responsibility for all domestic and international components of the Dunkin’ Donuts brand.

Will's favorite flavor is Jamoca®.
Paul Leech, Chief Administrative Officer
In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, Paul brings together the system enabler roles (Human Resources, Shared Support Services, Training, Franchise Systems & Ombudsman, and Corporate Social Responsibility) under one leader.

Paul's favorite flavor is Pralines 'n Cream.
Joe Scafido, Chief Creative and Innovation Officer
Joe is responsible for innovating new product and store concepts. He also oversees channel development, retail operating systems, global supply chain management, product development and quality assurance.

Kate Lavelle, Chief Financial Officer
Among Kate's major areas of accountability are Corporate Accounting, Domestic and International Finance, and Shared Services.

Kate's favorite flavor is Chocolate Oreo®.
Stephen Horn, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel
In his role as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Steve oversees litigation, provides legal counsel and focuses on loss prevention.

Stephen's favorite flavor is Love Potion #31®.
Stephen J. Caldeira, Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer
Steve oversees worldwide communications for all internal and external audiences, including employees, franchisees and media. He also leads the company’s government, industry and community relations efforts.

Steve's favorite flavor is Strawberry.

Stan Frankenthaler, Executive Chef/Director of Culinary Development
In 2005 Stan Frankenthaler brought his talent and expertise to Dunkin' Brands, Inc. as its first executive chef. A three-time James Beard Award nominee, Stan has served as Chef for several of Boston's top restaurants, including Head Chef at Jasper White's first Boston establishment, Jasper's. Stan also opened his own restaurant, Salamander, in 1993.

Stan's favorite flavor is Jamoca® Almond Fudge.
Christopher Boos, Executive Pastry Chef
Christopher Boos creates innovative new menu items for Baskin-Robbins, while sharing his knowledge of pastry design and preparation with franchise owners throughout the world. Christopher spent nearly a decade at Restaurant Associates in New York, serving as Pastry Chef to more than 60 top restaurants throughout the state. His pastry creations were served at events for the most prominent New York City institutions, including the Metropolitan Opera, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the United Nations complex.

Christopher's favorite flavor is Mint Chocolate Chip .
